Productivity
I had to have my Jeep towed to the mechanic today. Radiator problems. The guy in the pic got it loaded in under 5 minutes!

I tried to replace the starter in my car last year. I had a friend help me. There was one bolt in the back that I just couldn't get tightened all the way. I said, "screw it" and then I didn't screw it, I just left it. Anywhose, a year later, my car won't start. I figure I have a bad starter, so I get a new one and take it to a dude to put it in for me. He goes to work, and 3 minutes later he asks me if I want to save some money. "Whoever installed this did a poor job," he says, "you've just got a loose connection." He tightened it all up, I paid him $40 for saving me $100+, and then I returned the starter to AutoZone. Lesson learned, I suck at fixing cars, and I'm better off taking it to a pro.
